ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) Sheets
ACP sheets are made from a sandwich panel consisting of two thin aluminum sheets bonded to a solid polyethylene core. They are an excellent alternative to metal sign is you are limited on budget as they are lighter, equally versatile, and almost as durable.

Acrylic Signs
Material Options:
Clear Acrylic, Frosted Acrylic, Signwhite Acrylic (for backlit), and Colored Acrylic (various options)
Thickness:
1/8", 1/4". Thicker options maybe available.
Finishing:
Standard edges (machine cut, frosted looking) or Polished edges (smooth finish with a sheen)
Media Size:
Standard sheets are 48" x 96". Larger sheets maybe available for certain thicknesses.
Installation Method:
Installed off the wall using standoffs or french cleats.
Common Usage:
Lobby signs (your company logo), wall art, wayfinding signs, donor plaques.
Pros:
Looks sleek, professional, and high end. Printable on both sides. Excellent for designs with clear areas.
Cons:
Heavy. Can easily shatter if not properly installed. Higher cost than some of the other substrates.
Coroplast Signs
Material Options:
White corrugated sheets or colored corrugated sheets (various options)
Thickness:
4mm, 6mm, and 10mm.
Finishing:
Cut to size or shape. Scored or bent to shape. Grommets can be added as well.
Media Size:
Standard sheets are 48" x 96". Larger sheets maybe available for certain thicknesses.
Installation Method:
Wire H-Stakes (for outdoor grass area), Zip Ties (for fences and bars), Velcro or Tape for walls.
Common Usage:
Temporary outdoor signs (construction, wayfinding, events, election, real estate listings, etc.)
Pros:
Lightweight, cost-effective, weather resistant, ease of customization and installation.
Cons:
Very susceptible to bending or warping over time. Corrugated surface results in less vibrant images.
